Refund Policy

Refunds do not apply to the following goods: digital goods, including ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads. Please choose carefully, as refunds are only considered in the event of purchasing a duplicate item within 48 hours of the initial purchase.

For physical goods, there is no return for a change of mind. Returns are only accepted for faulty items if you contact us within seven days of receiving the defective item (as per the tracking information).

If you have a refund query, please email us at arrowscopepress@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your product (as per the tracking information). In the email subject, please use "returns" and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Attach photographs of the faulty item to assist in the resolution process.

If the item is found to be faulty, we offer the option of a refund or the resending of the goods—allowing you to choose the resolution that best suits your preference. We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and we are committed to promptly addressing any concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
